AI / AUDITAI readiness audit

Before you buy AI, check where it pays off.

Together with your team we review processes, data and tools, then show what is worth automating first — with a plan for a first small, measurable implementation.

SAMPLE REPORT

Readiness in 5 areas and a priority list

The score shows what already works and what needs order. The candidate list tells you where to start.

AUDIT OUTCOME

1 list of concrete processes worth starting with — instead of a generic strategy

WHAT WE CHECK

Five readiness areas

  • A_01Processes: repetition, variants, bottlenecks
  • A_02Data: where it is, its state, who owns it
  • A_03People: skills and readiness for change
  • A_04Tools: systems, integrations, licences
  • A_05Security: GDPR and AI Act requirements
AUDIT_01 / SCORE

Readiness score

Where you are today in each of the five areas and what needs order before technology starts helping.

  • score on a 1–5 scale
  • strengths and gaps
  • risks and legal requirements
AUDIT_02 / PRIORITIES

Priority list

Processes worth automating, ranked by benefit and implementation difficulty.

  • candidates for automation and AI
  • estimated benefits
  • quick wins without technology
AUDIT_03 / ROADMAP

Pilot plan

The first implementation: small scope, a clear goal and a way to measure it — plus next steps if the pilot works.

  • pilot scope and goal
  • success measures
  • roadmap of next steps
OUR APPROACH

The best first AI project is small and measurable — and solves a real problem for the team.

Four steps. Clear scope from the start.

01

Initial conversation

We agree on goals, audit scope and the people we will talk to.

02

Interviews and workshop

We learn about processes, data and tools from the people who use them.

03

Analysis

We assess readiness and look for automation candidates and risks.

04

Results and plan

We go through the report with the team and agree on the first step.

WHAT YOU GET

A concrete plan, not a presentation about trends

AFTER THE AUDIT

From plan to implementation

Frequently asked questions.

How much does the audit cost?

We agree on scope and price after a short initial conversation, depending on the number of processes and teams. The conversation does not commit you to anything.

Can the audit be funded by a grant?

Advisory services are sometimes an eligible cost in business support programmes, e.g. PARP calls in Poland. We will help you check whether current calls cover your company.

Does our data need to be in order?

No. Assessing the data is part of the audit — we will tell you honestly what is possible with what you have and what is worth cleaning up.

What if the audit shows AI is not needed?

That is a good result too. Often it is enough to put the process in order or use simple automation without AI — and then that is what we recommend.

Let’s find out where to start.

Tell us what your company does and what takes your team the most time. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours — personally.
