02Jakie dane przetwarzamy
- Formularz kontaktowy: imię i nazwisko, adres e-mail, treść wiadomości oraz informacja, z której podstrony i w jakiej wersji językowej została wysłana.
- Korespondencja e-mail: dane, które podasz, pisząc do nas bezpośrednio, i treść korespondencji.
- Ochrona przed spamem: adres IP w postaci skrótu (hash) wraz z godziną wysłania formularza — używamy go wyłącznie do ograniczenia liczby wiadomości z jednego adresu.
- Logi serwera: serwer hostingu automatycznie zapisuje m.in. adres IP, datę i godzinę, adres odwiedzanej strony i informacje o przeglądarce. Służą one bezpieczeństwu i prawidłowemu działaniu strony.
- Statystyki odwiedzin (tylko za Twoją zgodą): Google Analytics zbiera informacje o korzystaniu ze strony, np. odwiedzone podstrony, źródło wejścia, przybliżoną lokalizację, rodzaj urządzenia i przeglądarki, identyfikator z cookies oraz to, czy wysłano formularz.
Podanie danych jest dobrowolne, ale bez adresu e-mail nie będziemy mogli odpowiedzieć na Twoją wiadomość.

04Jak długo przechowujemy dane
- Dane z formularza i korespondencji — przez czas prowadzenia rozmów, a następnie przez [np. 12 miesięcy] od ostatniego kontaktu, chyba że dłuższy okres wynika z umowy lub przedawnienia roszczeń.
- Dane związane z umową — przez okres wymagany przepisami podatkowymi i rachunkowymi.
- Skrót adresu IP — przez czas niezbędny do ochrony przed nadużyciami formularza.
- Logi serwera — zgodnie z zasadami hostingodawcy.
- Dane w Google Analytics — do 14 miesięcy od zebrania, następnie są usuwane automatycznie.
05Komu przekazujemy dane
Twoje dane mogą otrzymać wyłącznie podmioty, które pomagają nam prowadzić stronę i komunikację, na podstawie umów powierzenia lub własnych zasad ochrony danych:
- LH.pl — hosting strony i poczty e-mail (serwery w Polsce).
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) — dostawca czcionek Google Fonts. Przy wczytywaniu strony Twoja przeglądarka łączy się z serwerami Google i przekazuje im adres IP. Google może przetwarzać dane także poza Europejskim Obszarem Gospodarczym, w tym w USA, na podstawie decyzji Komisji Europejskiej o odpowiednim stopniu ochrony (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) lub standardowych klauzul umownych.
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) — dostawca Google Analytics, tylko jeśli wyrazisz zgodę. Google przetwarza dane jako nasz podmiot przetwarzający; może je przekazywać do USA na podstawie decyzji Komisji Europejskiej o odpowiednim stopniu ochrony (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) lub standardowych klauzul umownych.
- Podmioty uprawnione na podstawie przepisów prawa, jeśli tego zażądają.
Nie sprzedajemy Twoich danych i nie przekazujemy ich w celach marketingowych.
06Twoje prawa

- dostępu do swoich danych i otrzymania ich kopii,
- sprostowania danych,
- usunięcia danych,
- ograniczenia przetwarzania,
- przenoszenia danych,

02What data we process
- Contact form: full name, email address, message and the subpage and language version it was sent from.
- Email correspondence: data you provide when writing to us directly and the content of the correspondence.
- Spam protection: your IP address as a hash together with the time the form was sent — used only to limit the number of messages from one address.
- Server logs: the hosting server automatically records, among others, IP address, date and time, the page visited and browser information, for security and proper operation of the website.
- Visit statistics (only with your consent): Google Analytics collects information about how the website is used, e.g. pages viewed, traffic source, approximate location, device and browser type, a cookie identifier and whether a form was sent.
Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address we will not be able to reply to your message.

We do not make automated decisions about you and we do not profile you.
04How long we keep data
- Form and correspondence data — for the duration of our conversation and then for [e.g. 12 months] after the last contact, unless a longer period results from a contract or the limitation of claims.
- Contract-related data — for the period required by tax and accounting law.
- IP address hash — for as long as necessary to protect the form from abuse.
- Server logs — according to the hosting provider’s rules.
- Google Analytics data — up to 14 months from collection, then deleted automatically.
05Who receives the data
Your data may only be received by entities that help us run the website and communication, under data processing agreements or their own data protection rules:
- LH.pl — website and email hosting (servers in Poland).
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) — provider of Google Fonts. When the page loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers and sends them your IP address. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including the USA, on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) — provider of Google Analytics, only if you give consent. Google processes the data as our processor and may transfer it to the USA on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
- Authorities entitled by law, if they request it.
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.
06Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy,
- rectify your data,
- have your data erased,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
