01Postanowienia ogólne
Regulamin określa zasady korzystania ze strony internetowej dostępnej pod adresem 4uai.com.pl (dalej: „Serwis”) i jest regulaminem, o którym mowa w art. 8 ustawy z dnia 18 lipca 2002 r. o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną.

02Rodzaje usług
Usługodawca świadczy w Serwisie bezpłatnie następujące usługi:
- Przeglądanie treści — dostęp do informacji o firmie, produktach i usługach. Umowa zostaje zawarta z chwilą otwarcia strony i rozwiązuje się z chwilą jej opuszczenia.
- Formularz kontaktowy — możliwość wysłania wiadomości do Usługodawcy. Umowa zostaje zawarta z chwilą rozpoczęcia wypełniania formularza i rozwiązuje się z chwilą wysłania wiadomości lub rezygnacji z jej wysłania.
Informacje w Serwisie, w tym opisy produktów i usług, nie stanowią oferty w rozumieniu Kodeksu cywilnego. Warunki współpracy ustalane są indywidualnie w odrębnej umowie.
03Wymagania techniczne
Do korzystania z Serwisu potrzebne są: urządzenie z dostępem do internetu, aktualna przeglądarka internetowa z włączoną obsługą JavaScript (np. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) oraz — w przypadku formularza — aktywny adres e-mail.
Korzystanie z internetu wiąże się z typowymi zagrożeniami, takimi jak złośliwe oprogramowanie czy próby wyłudzenia danych. Zalecamy korzystanie z aktualnego oprogramowania i programu antywirusowego.
04Zasady korzystania
- Użytkownik korzysta z Serwisu zgodnie z prawem, dobrymi obyczajami i Regulaminem.
- Zakazane jest przesyłanie treści o charakterze bezprawnym, w tym obraźliwych, naruszających prawa osób trzecich lub zawierających złośliwe oprogramowanie, a także wysyłanie spamu.
- Użytkownik podaje w formularzu prawdziwe dane, w szczególności adres e-mail, na który ma otrzymać odpowiedź.
- Usługodawca dokłada starań, aby Serwis działał nieprzerwanie, ale może czasowo ograniczyć dostęp, np. z powodu prac technicznych.
05Reklamacje
Reklamacje dotyczące działania Serwisu można zgłaszać na adres hello@4uai.com.pl. Zgłoszenie powinno zawierać opis problemu i adres e-mail do odpowiedzi.
Usługodawca rozpatruje reklamację w ciągu 14 dni od jej otrzymania i odpowiada na podany adres e-mail.
Użytkownik będący konsumentem może skorzystać z pozasądowych sposobów rozpatrywania sporów, m.in. pomocy miejskiego lub powiatowego rzecznika konsumentów albo wojewódzkiego inspektoratu Inspekcji Handlowej.
06Prawa autorskie
Treści, grafiki, układ i kod Serwisu oraz nazwy produktów (m.in. Kalkulator wycen, Grant Radar) są chronione prawem. Ich kopiowanie i wykorzystywanie poza dozwolonym użytkiem wymaga zgody Usługodawcy.
07Postanowienia końcowe
Zasady przetwarzania danych osobowych opisuje Polityka prywatności, a informacje o pamięci przeglądarki — Polityka cookies.
Usługodawca może zmienić Regulamin z ważnych przyczyn, np. zmiany przepisów lub zakresu usług. Zmiany obowiązują od dnia publikacji nowej wersji w Serwisie.
W sprawach nieuregulowanych stosuje się przepisy prawa polskiego. Regulamin nie wyłącza ani nie ogranicza praw przysługujących konsumentom na podstawie bezwzględnie obowiązujących przepisów.

These terms set out the rules for using the website available at 4uai.com.pl (the “Website”) and constitute the terms referred to in Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.

A user is anyone using the Website. Using the Website means accepting these terms.
02Services
The Provider offers the following free services on the Website:
- Browsing content — access to information about the company, products and services. The agreement is concluded when the page is opened and terminates when you leave it.
- Contact form — the option to send a message to the Provider. The agreement is concluded when you start filling in the form and terminates when the message is sent or you abandon it.
Information on the Website, including product and service descriptions, is not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. Terms of cooperation are agreed individually in a separate contract.
03Technical requirements
To use the Website you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and — for the contact form — an active email address.
Using the internet involves typical risks such as malware or phishing. We recommend using up-to-date software and antivirus protection.
04Rules of use
- Users use the Website in accordance with the law, good practice and these terms.
- Sending unlawful content is prohibited, including offensive content, content infringing third-party rights or containing malware, as well as sending spam.
- Users provide true data in the form, in particular the email address to which they want to receive a reply.
- The Provider makes every effort to keep the Website running without interruption but may temporarily limit access, e.g. for maintenance.
05Complaints
Complaints about the Website can be sent to hello@4uai.com.pl. Please describe the problem and include an email address for the reply.
The Provider handles complaints within 14 days of receipt and replies to the email address provided.
Users who are consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, e.g. the help of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman or the regional Trade Inspection office.
06Copyright
The texts, graphics, layout and code of the Website and product names (including Quote Calculator and Grant Radar) are legally protected. Copying and using them beyond permitted use requires the Provider’s consent.
07Final provisions
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy, and browser storage in the Cookie policy.
The Provider may change these terms for important reasons, e.g. changes in law or in the scope of services. Changes apply from the day the new version is published on the Website.
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. These terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights under mandatory provisions of law.
